Where can I get a receipt?

To request a receipt:

  1. Go to your  Account Settings by opening the sidebar menu. (Click 'DeepDyve' on the top-left) and click on “ Account Settings”.  
  2. Click “Request a receipt.” You can print a receipt with all your previous transactions. We'll also start to send future receipts via email.

Go to your  Account Settings to request a receipt.
